Yea! Network/Kidd Kraddick in the Morning Announces George Laughlin as New CEO

DALLAS, April 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Yea! Network, syndicator of popular morning show, Kidd Kraddick in the Morning, and weekend countdown show, The Hollywood 5, announced today that George Laughlin has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Most recently, Mr. Laughlin served as Senior Vice President of the Square Division at Townsquare Media, following their acquisition of GAP Broadcasting, which he founded in 2007. A radio veteran with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Laughlin founded GAP broadcasting by raising over $200 million with Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to founding GAP, Mr. Laughlin was a consultant to the radio industry, working with mid-sized markets on launching new stations and upgrade opportunities. Prior to GAP Broadcasting, Laughlin established and spent 5 years as the GM of Radio One's cluster of stations in Dallas, TX. Previously, he served in various sales management positions -- including Vice President of Sales -- with Clear Channel Communications and its predecessor companies in Dallas for ten years. Mr. Laughlin received a B.A. from Louisiana State University.
