PORTLAND, Ore., April 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak Corporation (NASDAQ: RENT), the leader in multi-screen media measurement serving the advertising, television and entertainment industries, today announced an OnDemand Essentials contract with Image Entertainment, Inc., a leading independent licensee and distributor of entertainment programming in North America. Serving major titles and independent films alike, the company has more than 3,000 exclusive DVD titles and approximately 340 exclusive CD titles in domestic release and more than 450 programs internationally via sublicense agreements.
