Harrisburg - First Lady Susan Corbett will tour the Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts Magnet School at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 7. CAPA teaches students from grades 6 through 12 in six arts majors including dance, music and theater. It is part of the Pittsburgh Public Schools system.
