Lee Brothers To Open For Paula Deen At Second Annual Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine And Spirits Festival

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., March 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine and Spirits Festival announced today the Lee Brothers will make a special appearance prior to Paula Deen's cooking demonstration on Saturday, May 14 at the Alabama Theatre at Barefoot Landing. The Lee Brothers will talk to the crowd about their experiences in the food industry and their love for southern cuisine, and then will turn the stage over to Paula Deen for her cooking demonstration. The Lee Brothers will also serve as judges at the Coastal Uncorked Food Challenge on May 15, and will be signing copies of their newest cookbook Simple Fresh Southern during the Tasting Trolley event at the Market Common.

Matt Lee and Ted Lee, more commonly known as the Lee Brothers, are founders of The Lee Bros. Boiled Peanuts Catalogue and authors of The Lee Bros. Southern Cookbook and their newest book, Simple Fresh Southern. The brothers are also popular food and wine journalists for several national magazines such as The New York Times and Travel + Leisure.
