PAST AND FUTURE BOTH ALIVE AT KINGS ROAD ENTERTAINMENT

PAST AND FUTURE BOTH ALIVE AT KINGS ROAD ENTERTAINMENT

MONTREAL, March 16 /PRNewswire/ - Kings Road Entertainment (KRE) of Los
Angeles is preparing to upgrade 2D films into 3D thanks to a conversion
technology developed by the Montreal firm I3DScope Corporation. Among
the many projects of KRE that will make it a major player in the world
of 3D is the establishment of a production centre. And Montreal,
Toronto and Vancouver are a prospective site as well as three locations
in the United States: North Carolina, Orlando and New Mexico.

Many projects for KRE

Kings Road Entertainment is known for making successful movies in the
past, such as Kickboxer, All of Me, and The Big Easy.  Now, with a new executive management team, including Michael Yedor,
KRE Chairman, and former president of Telesis Communications, Telesis
Airborne Group, and Dimitri Logothetis, KRE President of the Motion
Picture Group, who has produced film and television for Warner
Brothers, Sony, and HBO, Kings Road is back and found a whole new
dimension for its previously made films. Making all of this possible
for Kings Road is its game-changing technological developments and
strategic alliances with major studios and investment partners.

With an exciting development slate, Kings Road is positioned to become
the top provider of 3D product. Kickboxer 3D will be a re-imagining of the martial arts classic in 3D that will
change the way action films are viewed.

In addition, KRE is in development on the remake of the Steve Martin
classic All of Me with John Davis, the producer of such hits as I, Robot, Alien Vs. Predator, and The Heartbreak Kid, along with a soon to be announced, major Hollywood studio.

From 2D to 3D

With a library of many feature film titles to choose from, KRE is about
to bring back some of your old favorites in 3D for the very first
time.

How is this possible?

Kings Road has developed a strategic alliance with I3DScope, a Montreal
based company, with a proprietary, game-changing, patent pending 2D to
3D conversion technology. Using this proprietary technology, Kings Road
will convert existing films to 3D for re-release.

President, Dimitri Logothetis says, ''It's an exciting time in
entertainment, 3D theaters, 3D broadcast, the internet, and smart
phones have changed everything!''

New production center

The new executive management team has started the process of seeking out
a cost-efficient production centre with enough experience in film and
new media, and with a deep enough transmedia talent pool to support the
company's continued growth. KRE has narrowed its search to include
three Canadian cities: Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal; as well as
three locations in the United States: North Carolina, Orlando and New
Mexico.

In the words of Chairman Michael Yedor, Kings Road is a "legacy business
that is poised to redefine the industry through its technology, making
a major statement through new film production, foreign sales, library
acquisitions, and its 2D to 3D conversion technology."
