NEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Multiplatinum band Train won their third Grammy Award last night as the iTunes Session version of their hit song "Hey, Soul Sister" took home the award for Best Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals. Train's iTunes Session EP features original performances by the band available exclusively on iTunes. This award marks the first Grammy win for iTunes original content.

The band's current single, "Marry Me," has been certified gold. The song continues its ascent up the radio charts, and is currently reaching 24 million people in audience.

Train just completed a tour with INXS in Australia, and is gearing up for a Latin American run with Shakira as part of The Pop Music Fest. The band is planning to hit US amphitheaters this summer.
