Time Warner Cable Lends Logo to Design Icons to Create Limited Edition T-Shirts

Cable Operator Enlists "The Man Who Shot the 70s," Front Row Fashion and Culture Illustrator, 2010 CFDA/Vogue Award nominated Jewelry Designer and famous Painter for T-Shirt Logo Designs

NEW YORK, Dec. 8, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) today announced its partnership with internationally renowned artists Blue Logan, Todd DiCiurcio, Pamela Love and Mick Rock. The artists were enlisted by Time Warner Cable to bring a creative life to its signature eye and ear icon on limited edition "Signature Ts." Each t-shirt will serve as a unique representation of the company's commitment to inspire education and celebrate creativity.

The exclusive new designs will make their debut at Time Warner Cable's two-day event on December 8 and 9, where New York media will have the opportunity to experience Time Warner Cable's SignatureHome(TM) service, a premium offering that celebrates seamless living through technology. A limited number of t-shirts will then be sold on the Brooklyn Denim Co. website www.brooklyndenimco.com with half of the proceeds benefiting Pop!Tech, a non-profit organization that seeks to accelerate the positive impact of world-changing people, projects and ideas.

This endeavor is in connection with Time Warner Cable's $100 million philanthropic initiative, Connect a Million Minds (CAMM), a program the company launched in 2009 designed to inspire students to pursue learning opportunities and careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Pop!Tech is one of Time Warner Cable's national partners in helping to bring CAMM and STEM to life.

"The artists selected to design these one-of-a-kind t-shirts are true representations of Time Warner Cable's mission to encourage inspiration and education," said Marissa Freeman, SVP of Brand Strategy and Marketing Communications, Time Warner Cable, the second-largest cable operator. "Blue, Todd, Pamela and Mick all bring a unique vision to these special designs, marrying art and science as the foundation of the products and services we offer to our customers and to the charities we support in these fields."
