The Children's Medical Center Holiday Parade, presented by Capital One Bank, is an award-winning annual holiday tradition for hundreds of thousands of families. Archuleta will lead this year's parade with five special Grand Marshals - featured patients from Children's. It will also include full-scale music performances, giant inflatable balloons, high-stepping marching bands and dazzling decorated floats. The parade airs live today on Dallas ABC affiliate, WFAA-TV. Additionally, more than 350 television stations in 159 markets will air the parade in syndication throughout the holiday season.

Before the parade, Archuleta visited Children's Medical Center with Miss America and several costumed characters (including: Amanda Panda, Max the Bunny and Lilly). He brought smiles to little faces all over the hospital.

"It was a pleasure to stop by and visit with the children today at Children's Medical Center Dallas. Being a patient at a hospital can be really tough, especially during the holiday season. Spending time with these kids is a simple way to help and there is nothing like seeing a smile on their faces," said Archuleta.

Last night, Archuleta wowed audiences with a special holiday concert at the Majestic Theater in Dallas presented by 103.7 Lite FM. Proceeds from the concert went to Children's Medical Center.
