NEW YORK, Dec. 7, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), a leading 501(c)(6) trade association, is now accepting nominations for its 2011 NAMIC Leadership Seminar scheduled for March 17-18 in Los Angeles. The two-day educational forum targets all eligible communications industry professionals, regardless of race and ethnicity, in the comparatively early stages of career development.

The program's curriculum is derived from the most respected theories and academic research dealing with approaches to developing effective leaders in organizations where diversity is a business imperative.
