Rentrak Signs Contract With Barrington Broadcasting

PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 11, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak Corporation (Nasdaq: RENT), the leader in multi-screen media measurement serving the advertising, television and entertainment industries, today announced a multi-year StationView Essentials contract with Barrington Broadcasting for NBC-affiliate, WPBN, and ABC-affiliate, WGTU, in Traverse City, Michigan. Barrington Broadcasting will introduce Rentrak ratings to their diary market stations in order to demonstrate geographic strengths for each station in a market by having ratings and viewing information on every program and newscast every day of the week.
