George Lopez to be Master of Ceremonies at Museum of Tolerance Gala Honoring Clint Eastwood

Taylor Hicks, Michael Grimm and Others Set to Perform at Gala

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Actor and talk show host, George Lopez will serve as Master of Ceremonies at the inaugural Museum of Tolerance International Film Festival Gala honoring acclaimed filmmaker Clint Eastwood on Sunday evening, November 14, it was announced today by Museum officials. Officials also announced the line-up of entertainment for the evening including special guest performances by this season's America's Got Talent grand prize winner Michael Grimm and American Idol winner Taylor Hicks.

Eli Wallach, who will be receiving an honorary Oscar® on November 13th at the Governor's Awards in Los Angeles, will be one of the Museum's special guests on Sunday evening. The gala will also feature musical performances by The Mike Melvoin Trio, Grammy® Award-winner Tom Scott, award-winning theater star Nina Josephs.

"George Lopez is an incredibly talented comedian and actor and we are honored that he is able to join us as MC on Sunday as we honor the legendary Clint Eastwood," said Rabbi Marvin Hier, Founding Director of the MOTIFF and Founder and Dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center and its acclaimed Museum of Tolerance.
