Comcast to Hire 50 New Call Center Representatives

Candidates Interested in Customer Service Career Encouraged to Apply

ENFIELD, Conn., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- To continue to deliver best in class customer service and keep pace with the ever-growing demand for its "Triple Play" bundle of XFINITY TV, Internet and phone products, Comcast today announced that it is hiring 50 new full and part-time customer service representatives at its call center in Enfield. With the new hires, Comcast will employ nearly 1,500 people across the state of Connecticut.

The jobs are attributed to the growing demand for Comcast's XFINITY products and services, in addition to Comcast's commitment to offer its customers superior, local customer service. Improving the customer experience is a key priority, as evidenced by the introduction of the Comcast Customer Guarantee to help ensure its customers are satisfied with the products and services the company offers.
