SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Grammy-winning guitarist and composer Bill Frisell will make a special appearance August 30th at the Barnes & Noble in New York City (Lincoln Triangle, 1972 Broadway, NYC 10023) to promote his new project, "Beautiful Dreamers" with a solo performance and signing @ 5pm. "Beautiful Dreamers"--a stunning recording consisting of original compositions and striking reinterpretations performed along with the unique talents of Eyvind Kang (viola) and Rudy Royston (drums), will be released by Savoy Jazz on August 31st. In addition, Frisell will be in New York performing as part of the Paul Motian trio for two weeks at the Village Vanguard (8/24--9/5).
