2010 MISS UNIVERSE® Pageant News Access Guidelines

Please be advised of the following guidelines with respect to the 2010 MISS UNIVERSE® Pageant (the "Event"), to be held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada and broadcast live on NBC on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. ET (delayed PT).

We request that you use no more than thirty seconds (:30) of the "crowning moment" of the Miss Universe 2010 titleholder and that such excerpt is used for news purposes only in regularly scheduled bona fide hard news programs within one (1) week of the conclusion of the NBC telecast and appropriate video courtesy credit is given to Miss Universe L.P., LLLP in connection therewith.

Please note that under no circumstances may excerpts be used on the Internet or other online services or interactive multimedia distribution transmission. This excerpt must be taped off-air or taken from the satellite feed of the excerpt (satellite coordinates are set forth below) provided as a courtesy for your use in accordance with these guidelines. This excerpt may be aired in a market only after the Event has cleared the market.
