AFGE's Fight to Save BOP Inmate Work Program on 'Inside Government'

The BOP recently announced it would discontinue UNICOR services at nine facilities and eliminate 140 staff positions. Castelle discussed the need for better communication related to discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity cases within the agency.
