Famous Friends of Legendary Monkees Lead Singer To Appear

SACRAMENTO, Calif. and NEW YORK, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Gigatone Entertainment, a next generation entertainment company based in Sacramento and Hollywood, announced the appearance of Mark Lindsay, former lead singer of Paul Revere and The Raiders, at myRecordFantasy with Micky Dolenz August 2-4, 2010 in Sacramento, California. Lindsay will appear in addition to a number of other special surprise guests.

Between 1966 and 1969, Paul Revere and The Raiders sold records in numbers second only to The Beatles and The Rolling Stones and were frequently featured on the popular television shows such as Dick Clark's "Where The Action Is" and "The Ed Sullivan Show." Their hits "Kicks," "Just Like Me," "Hungry," "Good Thing," and "Him Or Me - What's It Gonna Be?" were all Top Ten Singles. In 1971, the group scored its biggest hit, the platinum-selling "Indian Reservation," capping a ten-year run for the group.
