Veteran Retail Executive Will Oversee Deployment of 3GTv Networks(TM) Retail Media Solution
ALLENDALE, N.J., April 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Automated Media Services, Inc. (AMS) responsible for the development of 3GTv(TM), the first out-of-home form of television, announced today that Gregory Ralko, CPA, has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Ralko brings to the company two decades of experience streamlining operations for retail giants including Kmart and other major international franchises. Mr. Ralko will be instrumental in the widespread rollout of 3GTv Networks(TM), the first shopper marketing media solution to jointly address the needs of retailers, marketers, and advertising agencies through a plannable retail-based television and promotion media solution.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ralko was part of the Kmart turn-around team at Alix Partners, a global firm specializing in improving corporate financial and operational performance and corporate turnarounds. More recently, he worked directly for Sears Holdings Management Corporation implementing system-wide accounting and finance streamlining.
From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Ralko was Vice-President, International for Little Caesar's Pizza, where he spearheaded the company's expansion to 25 overseas markets on five continents. Prior to that, Mr. Ralko spent 10 years as Director of International Development for Domino's Pizza International.
