Ness Technologies Updates Start Time of Conference Call for Third Quarter 2009 Financial Results

HACKENSACK, New Jersey, October 20/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSTC and TASE: NSTC), a global provider

logistical reasons, the company has changed the start time of its third
quarter earnings call to 10:00 AM ET on the previously announced date of
Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Revised details appear below.

The company will release financial results for the third quarter ended
September 30, 2009 before the start of trading in New York on Tuesday,
November 3, 2009. The financial results will be released over the news wires
and will also be posted on the Ness corporate web site.

Sachi Gerlitz, president and chief executive officer of Ness
Technologies, and Ofer Segev, executive vice president and chief financial
officer, will conduct a conference call to discuss the third quarter 2009
