In stark contrast to today's "news by Twitter," VIZIO'S PROFILES provides a decidedly refreshing return to in-depth looks at professional football's biggest stars. The 30-minute weekly show debuts Friday, October 2 at 11:00 pm across all Fox Sports Network stations. The first episode features Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers discussing everything from the challenges of stepping into a legend's shoes to his passion for music and the record label he's formed.

As executive producer, VIZIO retains the rights to re-air each episode at VIZIO.com following its initial broadcast across the Fox Sports Network of stations. In essence, VIZIO co-owns the show's content, as opposed to just purchasing spots during someone else's show.

"VIZIO is driving its product development to meet the changing way people are consuming media," said Maciel. "As part of that shift, we believe we need to change the way we expose VIZIO and its products to potential customers."

VIZIO'S PROFILES airs every Friday night at 11 pm across the Fox Sports Network with re-airs on Tuesdays at 6 and 11 pm, Thursdays at 9:30 pm and Fridays at 3:30 pm. FSN reaches over 85 million homes nationally. Featured athletes include Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, Brian Urlacher, Larry Fitzgerald, LaDanian Tomlinson and more.
