Cloud-based Solution Based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 to be Showcased at IBC

version of its media contract management solution, Ness Content Office(TM)
(NCO), at the IBC 2009 exhibition, to be held on 11-15 September 2009 in
Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Ness Content Office enables broadcasters, production companies and all
media organisations to automate contracts, rights and royalty payment
management for content assets at the most granular level. The new NCO version
is a 100 percent web-based solution that provides optimum, secure
exploitation of an organisation's entire content catalogue across all
traditional and new media platforms.

Ness Content Office is the most viable solution in the marketplace for
supporting end-to-end processing of contracts and payments management. It has
been deployed at major organisations such as ITV plc and FremantleMedia.

Ness is now working with Microsoft Corp. to offer an enhanced enterprise
version of NCO as well as software as a service (SaaS) solution based on
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. This new offering now enables
advanced business intelligence and reporting capabilities. In addition, it
allows for state-of-the-art automated contract workflow and collaborative
editing features that will revolutionise the business value of media contract
