Mr. Selverne brings with him over 25 years of legal experience, having founded 2 law firms and managing highly complex legal transactions in the recording and entertainment industry.

Bolstering his qualifications, Mr. Selverne is considered a legal expert in many areas of recording and entertainment, having been asked to serve as an expert witness in several court trials. He testifies in prosecution or defense of copyright and trademark infringement issues.

Mr. Selverne will be charged with managing the general legal strategy of the company which will include digital rights management, contracts, publishing agreements, joint venture agreements, employment agreements, as well as copyright and trademark issues.
