Bloomingdale's Partners With Get Married and GetMarried.com to Host Premier 'Pre-Wedding' Wedding Party Events in Select Markets

Brides invited to explore registry, participate in contests, enjoy appetizers, and meet industry experts and Get Married's co-host DeAnna Pappas

ATLANTA, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The best in registry pairs with the best in wedding planning, offering brides a fun-filled evening, meeting industry experts and participating in registry-themed contests. Get Married, the only multi-channeled wedding resource with the most sought-after industry experts online (www.GetMarried.com) and on Lifetime Television, partnered with Bloomingdale's as the exclusive media partner for select "Pre-Wedding" Wedding Party events. Kicking off at Atlanta's Lenox Square Bloomingdale's location on May 7, 2009 from 6:00-8:00pm, Get Married will bring a camera crew to capture fresh content of brides and vendors. Get Married will sponsor three additional events at various Bloomingdale's across the country through June.

Special guests for each event include DeAnna Pappas, co-host of Get Married's show on Lifetime Television, who will facilitate the contests, which will focus on key registry areas--from bed and bath to tableware and travel accessories. Pappas will mingle with brides throughout the evening and offer personalized signed photographs. In addition, select Bloomingdale's vendors will offer brides the latest registry tips and trends and showcase some of their most popular products.

All brides attending the events will receive a gift bag.
