LG Electronics (LG), a worldwide technology and design leader
in mobile communications, conducted a poll to find the most stylish actors
and actresses at the 81st Academy Awards and in the history of film.

Brits voted 'Brangelina' (Brad Pitt 56%, Angelina Jolie 33%)
as the most attractive Oscar nominees this year with Heath Ledger (18%)
winning second place in the hearts of the ladies and Kate Winslet (31%) for
the men.

We are a nation that enjoys perusing images of modern day
stars, but it is the classic stars of the silver screen that prove how true
style doesn't date with Audrey Hepburn being hailed as the biggest icon of
style. Marilyn Monroe comes in close second place (20%) and Grace Kelly (12%)
at number three, beating young stars of today such as Keira Knightley,
Cameron Diaz and Angelina Jolie.

When voting for the most stylish film characters, Daniel Craig
as James Bond came top of the men (36%), with Audrey Hepburn as Holly
Golightly snaps up first place amongst the ladies with 35% of the votes.

Some aren't so lucky when it comes to style accolades with
over a third (35%) of those asked giving Mickey Rourke first place in worst
dressed male film stars, and over a quarter (26%) choosing Helen
Bonham-Carter as the most poorly styled out of the ladies.

We all remember those stand-out award speeches, with Gwyneth
Paltrow for Shakespeare in Love (17%) and Halle Berry's speech for Monster's
Ball (16%) coming in at first and second place respectively for most
memorable speech of all time. The most recent and topical of speeches came in
at third place which is Kate Winslet for Revolutionary Road with 15% of
votes.

For the ultimate red carpet faux-pas those film stars need to
look after their fans with over quarter (26%) of those asked stating that
ignoring fans is the most undesirable trait. Revealing underwear comes in at
second place (19%) with the unforgivable fashion sin of too much fake tan
coming in at number three with 18% of votes.

It seems Brits have a few mishaps they'd like to fix with
almost a quarter (23%) of respondents choosing the remote control from the
film 'Click' as the most desirable film gadget. The DeLorean time machine
from Back to the Future and the Men in Black memory eraser come in joint
second (16%).
