Beyond the Textbook: GREY GOOSE Celebrates Black History Month in YouTube Screening Room

Miami, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- In celebration of Black History Month, GREY GOOSE(R) Vodka is proud to announce it will be sponsoring the YouTube(TM) Screening Room (www.youtube.com/ytscreeningroom) for an entire month. Throughout February, the YouTube Screening Room will showcase a series of short films, feature films and special programming, including interviews from prominent African Americans of various professions, disciplines and backgrounds.

From Jan. 30 through Feb. 12, GREY GOOSE will sponsor the presentation of four independent, high-quality, films that examine black history from South Africa to the United States. These award-winning films include, "Amandla! A Revolution in Four Part Harmony"; "Hungu"; "Electric Purgatory"; and "The 13th Amendment." From Feb. 13 through Feb. 26, GREY GOOSE will sponsor the presentation of select interviews from "The Black List," a documentary film series revealing the black experience in America through interviews and portrait sessions with leading African American figures. The series will include interviews with young, influential African Americans such as Chris Rock, Russell Simmons, Serena Williams, and Steve Stoute.
