The entertainment-pioneer and founder of media conglomerate Atlantida Comunicaciones joins Hoodiny's investors and Board of Managers

MIAMI, Nov. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Hoodiny Entertainment Group, LLC, the full service digital entertainment and content production company, parent of Cyloop.com, today announced that Mr. Constancio Vigil has joined the Company as an investor and as a new member of the Board of Managers. Mr. Vigil also joins a select group of proven executives and entrepreneurs from Latin America and Spain, including new member Mario Henriquez, leading investor in several private equity funds; and existing members Demian Bellumio, Ariel Bellumio, Andres Dalmastro, Fernando Fernandez-Tapias and Jose "Pepe" Barroso.

Mr. Vigil has been in the media business for more than 50 years, primarily leading multimedia group Atlantida Comunicaciones ("ATCO"), a company known for its high end media properties, such as Editorial Atlantida, Radio Continental, Argentine television channel Telefe, and a network of open television broadcasting stations in the most important cities in Argentina. In May 2000, Mr. Vigil sold all of ATCO's television and radio operations to Telefonica Media de Espana for approximately $1.3 billion. ATCO's magazine and book businesses remained under his control under Editorial Atlantida S.A. until August 2007, when he sold it to Grupo Televisa de Mexico for approximately $85 million, a record in the region.
