(LG Mobile Phones) presented a check to the VH1 Save The Music Foundation for $250,000 yesterday at a local school in New York City. Natasha Bedingfield performed for students in support of her partnership with VH1 Save The Music. Executives from the organizations attended the event, including President of VH1 Tom Calderone, Executive Director of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation Paul Cothran, and Vice President of Product Strategy and Marketing for LG Mobile Phones Ehtisham Rabbani.

As a VH1 Save The Music Artist Ambassador, Bedingfield recently donated a live version of her new single "Angel" from her sophomore release, "Pocketful Of Sunshine," to The Foundation for a ringtone promotion in conjunction with LG Mobile Phones. The ringtone is available until September 28 and can be purchased through all phone carriers for $2.99 at save.vh1.com or by texting SAVE to shortcode 66555. All proceeds from the promotion will benefit public school music programs across the country.
