BALTIMORE and WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- TidalTV, Inc. (www.tidaltv.com), a new online service which offers free access to programming from television and the web, announced today that it has added to its growing specialty content Spanish language international news from Agence France-Presse (AFP), a leading news agency with a presence in 165 countries.
