Winning entries were selected by a distinguished, bipartisan panel of judges, including Rep. Kay Granger (R-TX), Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY), Candy Crowley, Senior Political Correspondent, CNN, and Dr. Donna Shalala, President, University of Miami.
