Cox Communications Northern Virginia Names Christine Pantoya Vice President of Marketing and Sales
HERNDON, Va., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Communications Northern Virginia today announced the appointment of Christine C. Pantoya as vice president of marketing and sales. Pantoya, previously Cox vice president of sales, expands her responsibilities which now include leading the branding, marketing and sales activities for residential video, data and telephony, as well as marketing for commercial products in the Fairfax County and Fredericksburg region.

A 13-year sales and marketing professional, Pantoya came to Cox Communications from Enhanced Wireless where she served as national vice president, sales with oversight responsibility for a field organization of 600 employees.
Prior to joining Enhanced Wireless, Pantoya was Mid-Atlantic regional vice president for Clearwire, where she was responsible for establishing sales channels, and launching new markets in Richmond, Va. and Raleigh N.C. Pantoya also spent eight years at Sprint Nextel where she served as regional vice president, field sales/general business.

She is active in volunteer work with Five Talents International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting poverty and creating jobs in developing countries.
