Comcast Declares Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA)(NASDAQ:CMCSK), the country's leading cable, entertainment and communications company, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 a share on the Company's common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on October 29, 2008 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 8, 2008.
