OnSite Network Announces Acquisition of Nevada New Media, LLC
Purchase Will Double OSN's Out-of-home Network Presence in Leading Sports Bars and Restaurant Chains Across 17 States
CHICAGO, April 23 /PRNewswire/ -- OnSite Network, Inc. (OSN) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Nevada New Media, Inc., owner of Boondoggle Sports Network, the interactive fantasy sports game, sports trivia, advertising and digital signage network. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition nearly doubles the size of OSN's presence in the sports bar and restaurant market segment to 130 venues. With 70 additional venues planned for Q2, OSN programming will be available in 200 locations nationwide.
OSN operates its premise-based video network in 17 states and several Top 25 DMAs, including Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City/New Jersey, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Denver. Venues include casual restaurant chain locations such as T.G.I. Friday's(R), Fox and Hound, and Champps Americana, in addition to leading independently owned sports bars.

OnSite Network will configure its patent pending -- always on -- OnSite Wrap(TM) to appear on all Boondoggle-branded game screens which are available through a monthly subscription. Boondoggle fantasy games are currently played in bar and restaurant locations across the country for auto racing, baseball, football, golf, horse racing, hockey, and Olympic events. Advertising sponsorships are available for daily game play and the Championship Series.
