Imageworks Interactive Sets Senior Management Team
Senior Vice President Emmanuelle Borde Announces Robert Speiser and JD Black Will Join Scott Nourse as Vice Presidents Overseeing Marketing, Client Services and Production
CULVER CITY, Calif., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the announcement that the digital marketing and production unit of Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment joined Imageworks as Imageworks Interactive, Senior Vice President Emmanuelle Borde announces Robert Speiser has been hired as Vice President of Marketing and JD Black has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services. Speiser and Black join Scott Nourse, Vice President of Production, as the senior team alongside Borde.
Under the new management structure, Speiser will oversee marketing strategy, new business development, market research and CRM while Black will manage the day-to-day client services for all Imageworks Interactive's clients and implement marketing strategy on their behalf. Nourse continues in the position he has held since 2005 overseeing design, technology, product development and web and video production.
"For a long time, marketing and client services were being handled simultaneously within the same group," said Borde. "While they will continue to work very closely, the move to clearly delineate the two internally is an acknowledgement of our group's overall growth and a necessary response in accommodating the needs of an increasing client base by positioning our resources to best serve our clients."
Speiser joins Imageworks Interactive from the Designory Agency (Omnicom Group). At the Designory, he was responsible for leading business development and marketing for a range of clients including Nissan, Infiniti, AIG and SunAmerica. Prior to the Designory, Speiser was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Vendare Media where he focused on the consumer packaged goods, entertainment and financial services industries.
Black has been with Sony Pictures since 1999, most recently as Executive Director of Marketing and Client Services for Imageworks Interactive overseeing day-to-day client services for Sony Pictures Entertainment clients. During his tenure with the company, Black has overseen e-commerce initiatives and the online extension of the Sony Pictures Home Entertainment catalog into SonyPictures.com.
Nourse has served as Vice President of Production since 2005. Prior to joining Sony Pictures, he was President and Co-Founder of the Austin, Texas- based digital marketing agency Deeply Superficial Productions where he managed creative services for such clients as Time Warner, Visa and the United States Postal Service.
"Imageworks Interactive is a full-service interactive agency," said Borde. "With JD, Scott and Robert, I am confident we have an executive team in place that will grow our business, expand our offerings and maintain our commitment to provide unparalleled client services."
