Granite Broadcasting Corporation Appoints Christopher Flynn as General Sales Manager of KBWB-TV, Its Station in the Bay Area
NEW YORK, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Granite Broadcasting Corporation today announced the appointment of Chris Flynn as the General Sales Manager of KBWB, its independent station serving the San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose television market, the sixth largest television market in the United States. The appointment is effective Tuesday, February 26th and Mr. Flynn will report directly to Craig Coane, President and General Manager of KBWB.
Mr. Flynn, who started his career in media as a camera operator with Granite, re-joins the station from Spot Runner, an Internet-based television advertising agency where he spent more than two years as the Western Regional Manager. Prior to Spot Runner, Chris served as an Account Executive at KPIX CBS 5 before being promoted to Local Sales Manager of New Business Development, serving the San Francisco Bay Area, from 1999 through December 2006.
