Chrysler LLC and SIRIUS Satellite Radio Extend Exclusive Relationship

- Extends Exclusive Partnership Five Years to 2017

- Encompasses Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge Brands

- SIRIUS Factory-Installed in Greater Than 70% of US Production

NEW YORK, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) and Chrysler LLC today announced an agreement that extends SIRIUS' exclusive relationship with Chrysler LLC through September 2017. All Chrysler LLC brands -- Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge -- are covered by the agreement.

SIRIUS is currently available in most Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge models. This agreement targets a penetration rate for SIRIUS factory-installed radios in greater than 70% of vehicles built for the U.S. by Chrysler. Chrysler also installs SIRIUS Backseat TV(TM) and SIRIUS Traffic in select vehicles.
