Motion Network TV Announces TV Shopping Deal With Hunan TV

ZUG, Switzerland, January 23/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Swiss Hawk AG announces that its portfolio company Motion Network Holding
Plc ("MNH") has concluded a TV shopping deal with Hunan TV through its 100%
French subsidiary Antetime Production, Paris (Antetime). The nature of the
deal is the supply of luxury brand products to Hunan TV end users as well as
a weekly TV show presenting one luxury brand and its environment each week.
Brands such as Lolita Lempicka, Balmain, Poiray, Kenzo design and many others
have formally agreed to be in the first shows to be broadcast by Hunan TV.

MNH expect its subsidiary Antetime to secure average revenues of at least
EUR 100,000 per week (net margins 25%) during the first year starting from 17
March 2008.

MNH will jointly manage the TV shopping operations with Alchemia, a local
Chinese importer based in Shanghai. Alchemia will play a key role in the
triangle operation, taking care of logistics, customs, billing and customer
relations etc.
