BEIJING, Dec. 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Greater China Media & Entertainment Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GCME; "GCME"), an integrated professional media and entertainment company, announces that its subsidiary, Racemind HuaDing, recently completed two agreements with Beijing Dentsu Advertising Co., Ltd. (Dentsu) to arrange events for Canon Inc., an advertising client of Dentsu.
The first agreement with Dentsu was to plan and organize the "2007 ANA Beijing International Marathon" at the Beijing Olympic Sports Center on October 21, 2007. According to the terms of the agreement, Racemind HuaDing oversaw the Canon participants, built the stage and managed AV equipment. Projected value of the contract was US$45,379.
The second agreement was to manage the "Canon Asian Expo 2007" at the Beijing Great Wall Hotel on November 16, 2007. The event consisted of four parts: Strategies Conference, Press Release, Cocktail Party and Banquet. Racemind planned and oversaw the event including drafting speeches for the emcees, providing AV equipment, etc. Projected value of the contract was US$213,000.

The Company also signed an agreement with Beijing Star King Talent Agency to form a joint venture to carry on business as a talent agency.
