kirshenbaum bond + partners Presents 'The Next 20'
Exhibit at The Paley Center for Media to Celebrate Agency's 20th Anniversary
NEW YORK, Sept. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- kirshenbaum bond + partners proudly announces the opening of a new gallery exhibit, The Next 20, a unique media- focused exhibit at The Paley Center for Media (formerly The Museum of Television & Radio). This exhibit is one of several programs celebrating the 20th anniversary of kirshenbaum bond + partners, which consists of five companies: kirshenbaum bond, The Media Kitchen, LIME public relations + promotion, Dotglu, and Open Mind.
The Next 20, installed in the Paley Center's Spielberg Gallery, asks the question: "How do you expect brands to communicate with you in the next 20 years?" The question is framed in an introductory video presented by the agency's founders, Richard Kirshenbaum and Jon Bond, and answered by a range of different voices. In the lead-up to the exhibit, kbp invited industry visionaries and the general public to send in their text and video responses to this question. The responses selected -- displayed graphically and on video via plasma televisions -- come from all over the world, and form the majority of the exhibition's content.
The Next 20 was concepted, created and produced by kbp companies, including kirshenbaum bond and LIME public relations + promotion.
The gallery exhibit opens on the first day of Advertising Week 2007, the annual industry celebration. It will run from September 24 through December 2, 2007.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that the Paley Center has joined forces with Advertising Week to host a multimedia exhibit exploring the world of advertising. Previous exhibits were mounted by advertising giants Leo Burnett Worldwide and JWT, and Microsoft.
The Paley Center for Media, located at 25 West 52 Street in Manhattan, is open Tuesdays through Sundays from noon to 6:00 p.m. and until 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Entrance to The Next 20 is included with admission. Suggested contribution: Members free; $10.00 for adults; $8.00 for senior citizens and students; and $5.00 for children under fourteen. The public areas in both locations are accessible to wheelchairs, and assisted listening devices are available. Programs are subject to change.
