Red Rock Pictures' Co-Production to Screen at Temecula Valley International Film Festival
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Rock Pictures Holdings, Inc. has announced that its first National Lampoon co-production,"Bagboy", will screen at the Temecula Valley International Film Festival on September 14, 2007.
The picture, a co-production with National Lampoon, Conundrum Entertainment -- the Farrelly Brother's production company -- and Goodsurf Productions, is directed by Mort Nathan and stars Dennis Farina, Brooke Shields, Paul Campbell, Robert Hoffman, Larry Miller and others. Producers include Goodsurf principals Zen Gesner, Rob Moran and Red Rock President, Barry Layne.
"The buzz around "Bagboy" has been growing for some time and we are delighted to be able to show the picture at the festival,"Mr. Layne said in announcing the screening. "This is the first project we got involved with and we are very excited to start seeing the release of our Red Rock feature films."
"Bagboy" is the first film co-produced and financed by Red Rock Pictures and is part of the company's strategy of partnering on building a library of projects. This film will be followed by "Ratko; The Dictator's Son" currently in post production. The company is also active in the P&A funding business, and will participate in a slate of films to be released later this year and into 2008.
