Organetix Reports Significant Progress Towards Completion of Definitive Merger Agreement with Kid Fitness, Inc.

NEW YORK, July 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Organetix, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: OGTX) has today reported significant progress towards completing a definitive merger agreement ("definitive") with privately held Kid Fitness, Inc. ("Kid Fitness"). On July 5, 2007 Organetix announced a Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire Kid Fitness, a New York based media Company aimed at improving the fitness and well being of children. Although there can be no guarantees, the Company is optimistic it will execute the definitive in the very near future. The negotiations have progressed smoothly thus far and both Companies believe it is in the best interest of its respective shareholders to proceed with the transaction. When and if a definitive is signed, Organetix will request both a name and symbol change to better reflect the new direction of the business.
