Imperia Entertainment Enters Major Film Festivals in Furtherance of Marketing Strategy

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that it has entered its feature film, "Say it in Russian" in the Venice International Film Festival (http://www.labiennale.org/) which will be held from August 29th through September 8th, and the Deauville Film Festival (http://www.festival-deauville.com/) which will be held from August 31 through September 9th. "We don't expect to be selected for Venice, because they only select 20 films for competiton, but we expect to make a presentation during the Deauville festival, whether we are selected for competition or not," said Kenneth Eade, Chairman. The Deauville Film Festival, held in Deauville, France, was established in 1975, and is open for American films only. "Say it in Russian" has also been entered in the Chicago, Austin, St. Louis, and AFI Film Festivals. "We plan to screen the film in conjunction with the festivals as part of our marketing strategy," said Eade.
