The invitation-only event will take place at Roe (651 Howard Street, San Francisco) at 9 p.m. Athletes and celebrities expected to attend include Barry Bonds, Alfonso Soriano, Nick Lachey, Alyssa Milano, Gary Payton and many others.

Barry Bonds and Jay-Z's 40/40 Club has partnered with Bling Software to design custom-built applications for fans.
