Six Flags and STARBURST(R) Brand Announce Strategic Marketing Alliance

STARBURST Thursday Night Concert Series Marks Collaboration on 2007 Sponsorship and other Promotional Initiatives

NEW YORK, May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Six Flags (NYSE:SIX) and STARBURST, a Masterfoods USA brand, today announced a strategic relationship under which STARBURST will be the title sponsor of Six Flags' Thursday Night Concert Series and will receive other marketing opportunities within Six Flags theme and waterparks.

The STARBURST Thursday Night Summer Concert Series will run each Thursday night, June 21st through August 9th, and will feature leading recording artists with major appeal, including Ne-Yo, Cheyenne, Gym Class Heroes, Cartel, The Jonas Brothers, Jojo and Ryan Cabrera. The participating Six Flags parks are Six Flags America in Washington, DC; Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX; Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ; Six Flags New England in Agawam, MA; Six Flags Over Georgia in Atlanta, GA; and Six Flags St. Louis.

Six Flags will create a special STARBURST VIP seating section for each concert, available to a limited number of guests who purchase STARBURST Fruit Chews in the park that day. STARBURST and Six Flags will also team up to offer a national sweepstakes promotion featuring a grand prize trip for four to the Six Flags concert of the winner's choice.
