There's No Escaping the Drama as BET's Top Rated Reality Series College Hill 4 Concludes on Tuesday, June 5 at 10 P.M. ET/PT

The COLLEGE HILL 4 Cast Gets A Surprise During Their Last Supper In Paradise

LOS ANGELES, May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- You have to give the eight COLLEGE HILL 4 cast members credit. Their inability to "just get along" during their two-month stay in a fabulous pad on the Caribbean island of St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands certainly made BET's most talked-about reality series one of TV's most entertaining and anticipated shows this season. The series, featuring four students from Los Angeles and four Virgin Islanders, ends its 14-week run on BET Tuesday, June 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT with several important distinctions: the most watched installment in COLLEGE HILL franchise history; the #1 series in the network's history; and cable television's #1 program for 2007 among Black households (7.2 US Blk Rtg).

The finale, a one-hour episode highlighted by the return of their booted roommate, caps a season in which Californians Krystal, Fallon, JT and Willie were often at odds with their V.I. peers Vanessa, Idesha, Chicky and Andres. Initially, it was all good. But soon the fun, games and unholy alliances were overshadowed by an ever-expanding cultural divide -- not to mention the physical altercation between Krystal and Vanessa which resulted in the latter's dismissal from the show during the ninth episode.

With Vanessa gone, the war between the cultures seemed to subside. But peace proves to be a fleeting and unattainable concept during events leading up to the final episode. It's Cali-on-Cali crime as JT and Willie wage war against their homegirls Fallon and Krystal. And relations between those hot island boys turn cold when Andres pushes up on Chicky's ex. That move renders Dre the persona non gratta du jour.

There are also some happy times as the roommates, who attended the University of the Virgin Islands during the show's run, prepare to return home. Idesha comes to the rescue when the campus comedy sketch show planned by Willie and JT is headed for disaster. Allies Fallon and Krystal take time out from dishing and dissing their roomies to celebrate Fallon's 21st birthday with a quiet dinner at a local restaurant. And everyone is cautiously optimistic about the traditional COLLEGE HILL goodbye date-night dinner held on the evening before everyone heads out.

"I'm really nervous about this dinner because we haven't made it through any dinner without arguing," says Willie.

Willie's worries were not entirely unfounded. As the roommates prepare for their final night out together, everyone has a date except the sulking Andres, who was informed via voice mail earlier that day that his girl had kicked him to the curb. Already down, Dre has to endure yet another blow when Chicky's date for the evening turns out to be the ex that he hit on!

Dre, however, is down but not out. Just after his roommates roast him during pre-dinner drinks, he shocks the rum punch out of everyone by showing up with a very special date.

"The thought came to me that there was still one person who might want to go with me to the dinner," Dre says after making several calls.

Will Krystal, with one hand on her stiletto and the other on her dinner roll, keep her composure? Will Willie, who has finally found the girl of his dreams, get past first base? Will Idesha and JT have a romp for the road? Will paradise ever be the same? All of this remains to be seen.

"I wouldn't change anything about this whole entire experience," says Krystal. "I loved the whole experience. Even the fight with Vanessa ... . I embraced what happened and took it for what it was."

Fallon feels that the rough times were just a test. "If you can pass it and get through it, [it] says a lot about your character."

She's right. Throughout it all, the COLLEGE HILL 4 cast persevered, matured and evolved as a result of their collective experiences. Along with their souvenirs and memories, JT, Willie, Krystal, Vanessa, Fallon, Idesha, Chicky and Andres will have to make room in their luggage for the lessons they have learned.
