Under the terms of the agreement, SIVOO will provide Verismo with Spanish, Chinese and Hindi language on-demand entertainment programming every month for its Verismo ViPTV Platform, an end-to-end solution including an intelligent set top box that delivers Internet video directly to a TV over a broadband connection. Verismo's ViPTV Platform allows users to access content from the Internet directly on TV -- without a PC.
