It's Official: Redux's Cocaine Is Now Censored

Redux Beverages has announced that the world-famous energy drink Cocaine has been re-named "Censored."

The impetus for the name change came from political threats from the F-D-A and several state attorneys general.

Redux Beverages was founded in 2006. They manufacture one of the three most-talked about energy drinks on the market along with Red Bull and Rockstar. Due to regulations from the F-D-A, Redux was forced to halt the sale of Cocaine in May, but later re-launched it as Censored. Redux is also working on new product lines to be announced soon.

Zagat Survey has revealed the results of the first Zagat/Today Show Fast Food Survey and the five-thousand-five-hundred-thirty-five participants hailed Wendy's as Queen of the Fast-Food Mega-Chains, and Panera Bread Company as the Most Popular Overall. For Full-Service Chains, Australian-themed Outback Steakhouse won for Popularity and Top Food. Forty-five chains were surveyed, with voters weighing in on everything from pizza to poultry, burritos to burgers and salads to subs.

The Visual Effects Society Unveils 'Fifty Most Influential Visual Effects Films of All Time'

Eric Roth, Executive Director of the Visual Effects Society (VES), has announced the results of the V-E-S Fifty: The Most Influential Visual Effects Films of All Time, which was determined by a vote of V-E-S members. "The Matrix" and "2001: A Space Odyssey" tied for third place in the balloting. "Blade Runner" took second place while "Star Wars" earned the top spot on the cinematic list.
