Muller Media Recovers 'New Three Stooges' Cartoon Series Masters

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Muller Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MUME) President Kenneth Eade announced today that the company has recovered masters for two years' worth of Three Stooges Cartoons, on which copyrights were assigned to the company in 1987. "We have ordered the U.S. copyright Office to research their archives to determine if we still own the copyrights or if we merely own the original masters in the public domain," said Eade. "Either way; the series has value to the company," he added.

ABOUT "THE NEW THREE STOOGES"

The New Three Stooges was a syndicated TV series that ran from 1965-1966. The 156 cartoons with 41 live action sequences, were produced by Cambria Studios, a West Hollywood animation production studio most famous for its wide usage of the Syncro-Vox technique of animation developed by Edwin Gillette, who was a co-partner in the studio. All the animation was made under the supervision of Lee Orgel. Four cartoons were produced to correspond thematically with each of the forty one live-action Stooge opening and closing sequences, so that one live-action sequence could serve as a wraparound for four different cartoons. The voices of the cartoon "stooges" were made by real stooges Moe Howard, Larry Fine, and Joe De Rita.

ABOUT "NEVER SUBMIT"

The company, contingent upon finishing a $600,000 funding commitment, has acquired 20 percent of its patent. Imperia Entertainment's stake of "Never Submit" is a feature film, set in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA). The performances will be a mix of nationally recognized actors and fighters. Auditions are being held across the country looking for actors and fighters for the movie.

"Never Submit" is an inspirational tale similar to "Rocky," but the lead character is an intelligent young man (as are most fighters competing in this sport) rather than a beaten-down punch-drunk fighter. An amazing cast of characters will round out this film; each from different walks of life; each with his own set of circumstances and motivating factors driving him to be the best. "Never Submit" is a metaphor describing the way these athletes live their lives.

TapouT Magazine (www.tapoutmagazine.com), the leading MMA magazine in the country, has begun a cross-country tour to promote its publication as well as the movie. TapouT Magazine readers can expect to see the mixed martial arts movie prominently featured in the bi-monthly publication throughout the casting, filming and theatrical release stages, as well as enjoy behind the scenes details from "Never Submit" director James Hergott, one of TapouT Magazine's newest contributors.
