LATV Strikes 10-Station Digital Multicast Agreement with Market Leader Entravision

Bilingual Music/Entertainment Network's Affiliate List Reaches 26 in Less than One Month After Launch

LOS ANGELES, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- LATV Network, the nation's first bilingual music/entertainment network distributed via digital multicast, announced today a 10-market affiliation agreement with Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE:EVC) to broadcast the national network. This latest deal will place LATV in a total of 26 U.S. markets, less than 30 days since its nationwide launch.

Entravision will broadcast the LATV Network 24/7 via digital multicast in the following markets: Albuquerque-Santa Fe, New Mexico; Boston, Massachusetts; Corpus Christi, Texas; Denver-Boulder, Colorado; Hartford-New Haven, Connecticut; Laredo, Texas; Monterey-Salinas-Santa Cruz, California; Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-San Luis Obispo, California; Tampa-St. Petersburg (Sarasota), Florida; and Washington, D.C., with additional markets to be added during the term of the agreement.

Five of the 10 Entravision stations that are LATV affiliates register in the top 25 U.S. Hispanic markets. LATV had previously announced an affiliation partnership with Post-Newsweek station affiliates in Houston (KPRC), Miami (WPLG), Orlando (WKMG) and San Antonio (KSAT). In addition to these markets, LATV has affiliates in 12 other markets including Puerto Rico. The bilingual network is also carried on basic cable through its affiliates and in Los Angeles on KJLA via cable, broadcast and DBS.

LATV's new programming lineup is comprised of proven audience favorites such as Rocamole, LATV en Concierto and Mex 2 the Max as well as LATV Does Hollywood and Jukebox Requests. The centerpiece of the new lineup is the innovative LATV Live. Running daily from 7:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. PT, the two- hour program is an interactive, edgy town hall-type of show, with audiences text-messaging and calling in to the program's three hosts in real-time. This live program is the heart of LATV with English/Spanish music video play, comedy, politics, pop culture and new artists.
