Imperia Entertainment Finishes Final Print of 'Say it in Russian' in Time for May 20th Cannes Premiere

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that it has finished its print of the feature film, "Say it in Russian," which is now on its way to Cannes for a world premiere screening on May 20, 2007 at the Cannes Film Market, Olympia 9 Theater. A reprise screening will be held at the Palais du Festival on May 25th. "Last year we promoted the trailer of 'Say it in Russian,' at the Cannes Film Market after we had begun post production," said Kenneth Eade, Executive Producer. "This year we are excited to screen for distributors and buyers the entire full length version of the film in 35mm with full Dolby sound and its own original musical score," he added.

ABOUT "SAY IT IN RUSSIAN"

"Say it in Russian," (www.sayitinrussianmovie.com) starring Faye Dunaway, Rade Sherbedgia (Snatch), Steven Brand (The Scorpion King) , Agata Gotova, and Steven Berkoff (Beverly Hills Cop), is directed by Jeff Celentano (Gunshy) and edited by award winning editor William Anderson (The Truman Show). The film follows the story of an American man who falls in love with a young Russian girl and follows her to Russia, where he gets involved in a hurricane of events surrounding her father, a rich Russian oligarch.

ABOUT THE CANNES FILM MARKET

The Cannes Film Market (www.marchedufilm.com) is held annually every year during the same time and the same venue as the Cannes Film Festival, the "Palais du Festival." It consists of a trade show, with distributors showing their products to thousands of international buyers, and is the largest film market in the world. "For the independent film maker, the Cannes Market is of more significance than the festival, at which every major film distributor in the world will be represented," said Eade. "It's the buyers we want the attention from, not the press," he added.
