Show Highlights Include:

Hosts John Salley, Hugh Douglas and Guy Torry interview: Washington Redskin All-Pro running back Clinton Portis on his team, NBA stars Elton Brand from the Los Angeles Clippers, Caron Butler from the Washington Wizards and Dahntay Jones from the Memphis Grizzlies and Entertainment Tonight host and former ESPN anchor Kevin Frazier.

Clinton Portis on his hall of fame coach Joe Gibbs: When asked if the game had passed Gibbs by, Portis snapped back saying, "Time is knowledge. I think Coach Gibbs is one of the most knowledgeable people you'll ever meet. I think there's a lot of people when you are losing they are going to point the finger at everybody. Coach, myself, Mr. Snyder and anybody else they can point it at. Once you are winning coach Gibbs is a genius. So we just got to win for coach."

Portis on his team's outlook for the upcoming season: "I think he's at the point of frustration when you go out and constantly give out the money to get whatever your team needs and then you slack off at another position. I think this year we're going to make a lot of news. We went out and got what we needed. I actually think this will be our year. We're going to be in the NFC Championship game I guarantee that. Whatever that takes, we're going to get there."

Elton Brand on the early exit of the top seeded Dallas Mavericks from this year's NBA playoffs and how his team ended up out of the playoffs: ..."That would have been us we would have been 8. But as you know Dallas didn't play their starters that game and there is a lot of controversy over that and then they ended up getting smacked by Golden State. So I'm happy about that.

Regarding allegations that Clipper owner Donald T. Sterling said he didn't like renting to African-Americans or Latinos because they drink, smell and attract vermin: "BALLERS" host John Salley asked Brand if Sterling's comments were true would he asked to be traded? Brand responded, "I wouldn't ask for a trade but I would definitely ask for an apology to the people and I'd want to understand where he was coming from if he said that. But if he said that directly to me then that is definitely something I don't want to be around."

Show Summary:

Airing on Tuesday, May 15 at 11 p.m. ET/PT, BALLERS will hit the sports topics making the news each week with fresh perspectives and plenty of trash talking from the hosts and guest athletes. From the comedic outbursts of Torry, to the insider's look that Salley and Douglas will provide, the talk will be loud, insightful and filled with commentary unlike that on any other sports show. With special features like "the dumb play of the week," the bullsh*t flag and gossip in the girls' booth, BALLERS kicks it up a notch while other sports shows are toning it down. The show hosts will be joined by co-host Claudia Jordan (Deal or No Deal) to provide the audience with a sexy vibe in a nightclub setting. From the NBA to the NFL to the black rodeo, BALLERS will be there for the serious issues, outrageous plays and everything in between.
