The management of Imperia Entertainment is excited about all the things that are happening with the company in the beginning of this second quarter. We are in hard pre production on "Never Submit," in Kansas City, Missouri, and looking forward to beginning principal photography in mid May. On May 20th and 25th we will have the first screening of our feature film, "Say it in Russian" at the Cannes film festival. We hope that all of our shareholders will continue to support the company in anticipation of these events and what we feel will their positive effect on the company and, in turn, your share ownership.

The enclosed information statement is regarding a special meeting of shareholders set for May 7, 2007 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time to discuss and approve a two for one forward split of our common stock. The proposed split is designed to enhance trading liquidity and broaden share ownership. No proxy is being solicited and none should be sent in.
